U.S. ARMY EXPERIENCE

HOUSE OF POSSIBILITIES + IMPOSSIBLE SHOT

House of Possibilities, NCAA Women’s Final Four in Dallas

To celebrate the launch of the U.S. Army’s BE ALL YOU CAN BE campaign...

We created the House of Possibilities for the NCAA Women’s Final Four in Dallas and the Impossible Shot for the NCAA Men’s Final Four in Houston.

In Dallas, fans were given the chance to experience surprising career opportunities available within the Army. We designed three mission rooms: Operation Black Forest, where guests battled a blazing wildfire, complete with smoke and heat; Operation Deep Blue, which allowed fans to arc-weld a broken pipeline at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean; and Operation Thin Air, where guests experienced a parachute jump from the back of a CH-47 Chinook helicopter.

Meanwhile, in Houston...

Fans were challenged to make a basket on our telescoping 40-ft hoop with the help of the Army’s best instructors and basketball-firing, Army-inspired weaponry: The Mortar, The Javelin, Towed Howitzer, and everyone’s favorite: The Drone. Grant Hill brought the CBS Final Four audience to the court, where Duke National Champion and Army Ranger Marshall Plumlee showed the world how, with the right teamwork, training, and tools, even the impossible becomes possible.
